Lately, I have been through a lot of change. I graduated in December, moved to a whole new city, have begun making new friends, decided to get my real estate license & landed a job with Keller Williams (so excited!), have moved from a house of 4 roommates to a house that consists of me and Wrigley. It's different, it's new, and it's definitely scary. The other night I was walking out of the grocery store, in my "business" outfit, and it hit me. Oh my gosh, I'm an adult. There are no more frat parties, tests are in the past, (Thank God), and the days of having the option to skip class are over. It's such a real feeling, and at times can be overwhelming, but, it is the also the most exhilarating thing to know that I am considered a "grown" up. If you haven't already had this feeling, don't worry, you will. And if you're still in school, or don't know what you want to do with your time here, I encourage you to grab life and run with it. We are all so young, and our opportunities are literally limitless.
It is our job to create a generation that invents new things, discovers new places, and dreams bigger than ever. My challenge to myself, and to you, is to do that. Don't be afraid to dream bigger, and to figure out what you love, and love it with all you are.
If your dreams don't scare you, they're not big enough.
If you can't be thankful for the stuff you have, be thankful the things you have escaped.
Cinderella is proof that a new pair of heels can change your life.
Don't sweat the small stuff, you'll drown.
Each day comes with 86,400 seconds.
Tick. Tock.
